At Solar Scooters, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance ride. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your scooter in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Scooter

  Ensure the scooter is clean, unused, and packed securely in its original heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
